That depends on how many sources you have and how clean they are. That is why we build the prototype first. After that you get a fixed price for the full version, not an hourly bill. You know the cost up front.

Because we deliberately focus on smaller companies. For a large company, Power BI is a heavy cost: many users, large amounts of data, and long projects with many people involved.

In a smaller company everything is smaller. There is less data, so less storage and computing power is needed. Fewer people look at the reports, so you need fewer licences, and those grow per user with your business.

Affordable does not mean it delivers less. Quite the opposite. In a smaller company the line between the number and the decision is short: whoever looks at the report also makes the decision. That is why a good overview pays for itself faster than in a large company.

The prototype is ready within one to two weeks after we have access to your data. The full version usually takes three to six weeks.

The technology is rarely the slowest part. What takes time is agreeing on what revenue or an active customer means for you.

Three things: a read-only user in your systems, a list of where your numbers come from, and half an hour to agree on what your key numbers mean. We do the rest.

With a standard Power BI licence your report refreshes up to eight times a day, with Premium up to 48 times. For most businesses daily is enough.

You do. The report sits in your Power BI environment, the code in your own GitHub environment and the data in a database in your name. We get access through an invitation, which you can revoke at any time. You are not locked in anywhere.

If pulling your data fails, we get an alert, instead of your report quietly showing old numbers.

If something breaks because of our work, we fix it free of charge for three months after delivery. New requests or changes in your systems are handled on demand after that, at a fixed price per change.

Yes, through the Power BI app, at any time.

Yes, to build faster and check numbers, and so you can ask questions about your own data in plain language. Every number stays verifiable.

Yes, when the data you need is not being recorded anywhere yet. For example a stock app that creates its own order list, an app to survey job sites, or a planning board for crews.

Your ERP only knows what happens inside it. How many people walked into your shop, what your marketing cost or how your payroll developed is not in there. The reporting in those packages is also stiff.

We let your ERP do what it is good at and bring it together with your other sources.

Excel is not the problem. The manual work around it is: exporting, copying, versions getting mixed up. That is why a report stops being right after a few months. We take that manual work away.
